Liaison Officer

INTERNATIONAL LIAISON OFFICER

Our client, a large financial services institution, are recruiting for liaison officers fluent in ENGLISH and ITALIAN to join their team in Northampton for an initial 5 month contract

JOB PURPOSE

* To support new implementation of large corporate customers

* Investigate and act upon non/compliance and potential financial risk

* To deliver high standard of customer service via Portfolio Management model

* Build relationships with new customers

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

* First point of contact and support during implementation of complex European products and propositions, co/ordinating with the customer and business

* Create complex hierarchical set ups to meet specific customer driven requirements, often bespoke and requiring systems development

* Prepare and be involved with new customer visits both on and offsite, working to ensure a seamless transition, providing relevant information up front to ensure compliance and a good understanding of the service offering

* Act as referral point for customers, Sales Account Managers and Commercial partners

* Merchant visits to build relationship and share knowledge and training

* Resolve complex contentious issues in accordance with FCA regulations

* Portfolio Case management

* Procedural updates

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* High level of communication skills both verbal and written, will be required to attend face to face meetings and participate in conference calls.

* Good organisational skills and ability to plan/prioritise workload effectively.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Customer focused and able to deliver exceptional customer services.

* Team Player but also able to work on own using initiative if required.

* Language capability, Italian is desirable.
