eSynergy is hiring for its client a SLA (Service Level Agreement) Manager for a 10 month contract (extendable) located in Brussels. You will need a Master of Economics, and to speak French and Dutch (one of them fluently).
As a SLA (Service Level Agreement) Manager, you will need the following skills:
*Master of Economics
*ITIL certified
*10 years IT experience
*5 years as IT service manager with SLA (Service Level Agreement)
*Good notions of Enterprise architecture
*Reporting and collaboration tools
*active bilingual French/Dutch
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 10 months (extendable)
