JOB PURPOSE
Manage day-to-day operations and projects and supporting all company sites.
Key responsibilities
* Managing 30+ team size
* Improving service quality
* Governance, Compliance, data privacy & data security
* KPI & metrics reporting
* ITIL processes
* Meeting SLAs
Technical experience in:
* Oracle 11g/1ec database administration
* SQL Server 2012/2014 database administration
* Monitoring, performance analysis and fine tuning
* Backup and restore of databases and Middleware applications stack
* Organise/perform support and troubleshooting for database products
* Basic working knowledge of Linux, Sun Solaris, AIX & Windows Operating Systems
