The candidate will provide AV Systems configuration management, and troubleshooting.

OVERVIEW:

- Troubleshoot AV System with minimal use of BKM and KB documents
- IMPROVISE A WORKAROUND WHEN A ROOM IS HARD DOWN
- Use a projector
- Use a portable sound system
- Build Extron GC3 File/Update Firmware/Remove and Add drivers
- Track and Update Wireless Microphone frequencies, group and channel spreadsheet
- Understand AMX functionality (reboot touch panel if required)
- Understand Extron touch panel functionality (reboot touch panel if required)
- Assist Level 2 as needed
- Backfill for AV Lead
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Pull code from AMX and Extron equipment
- Manage site inventory and spares
- Manage break-fix/escalations and site initiatives at a site level
- Train Level 1 and Level 2 techs in person and over the phone
