Level 3 Application Support Analyst

On behalf of our client here in Zurich, we are searching for a Level 3 Application Support Analyst.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving improvements across software applications including monitoring and automation
- Contributing to major incidents to ensure that incidents which may have an adverse impact are appropriately escalated and resolved
IDEAL PROFILE
- Experience in large-scale server-based business applications as Senior Application Supporter
- Strong in Object Oriented Analysis (OOA), Design and Development
- Extensive experience in writing stored procedures, triggers and PL/SQL scripts in Oracle and SQL
AND
- Familiar with Java (EJB, JPA, JSF), Eclipse, Oracle, Webservices (SOAP,REST)
OR
- Familiar with C# and .NET technologies
