Yoh has a contract opportunity for a LEVEL 2 SUPPORT TECHNICIAN to join our client in Wilmington, DE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide proactive support to iPad users related to data plan consumption, application installations, and other items as required.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for iPad hardware and software issues.
- Manage support incidents escalated from Level 1.
- Provide on-site support to new hire classes (estimated to be 1.5 classes per month).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
- Previous support/Help Desk experience is strongly preferred
