Level 2 Support - Moodle.
Our client, a market leading, fast growing global enterprise are actively looking for Level 2 support to join their growing team on an initial 6 month contract based in Madrid, Spain. This role will be within a large, global organization; My client are offering a competitive hourly rate. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with exceptional skills in Moodle and have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 applications
For this position the successful Level 2 Support will possess the following skills:
- Previous experience working in a Service Desk or Application Support role.
- Excellent understanding of Moodle
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 applications
- Good knowledge of user account administration
- Good knowledge of SQL and other databases.
- At least intermediate knowledge of Spanish
The successful Level 2 Support will have the opportunity to add significant value to the company as you'll be providing level 2 support within the medicine industry
