Level 2 Support - ERP systems
Our client, a market leading, fast growing global enterprise are actively looking for Level 2 support to join their growing team on an initial 6 month contract based in Madrid, Spain. This role will be within a large, global organization; My client are offering a competitive hourly rate. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with exceptional skills in ERP systems and to continue working in a support role within a large enterprise.
For this position the successful Level 2 Support will possess the following skills:
- Previous experience working in a Service Desk or Application Support role.
- Rigor in data management, analysis and preparing documentation.
- Experience with systems integrated with Back Office/ERP systems.
- Identify issues and alert engagement leader in timely manner.
- Intermediate Spanish
The successful Level 2 Support will have the opportunity to add significant value to the company as you'll be providing level 2 support within the medicine industry
