You'll be doing more than just Helpdesk Support and have the opportunity to take ownership of incidents, assist with the sales process while developing your networking skills. If you have Excellent Customer Service + Helpdesk Support skills and want to FAST TRACK YOUR IT CAREER, this is the role for you!

We are looking for an experienced HELPDESK SUPPORT ANALYST that has Networking experience preferably (Cisco, HP Routers and Juniper) and experience supporting Microsoft Small Business Server. If you have experience deploying, supporting and migrating SBS environments and move into SALES/SERVICE we want to talk to you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing Level 1 & 2 support for external business customers.
- Assisting the sales process of products and services.
- Liaising with Account Execs, Project Managers & Technical Specialists (who act as agents for the customer) in progressing customised networking solutions leads & opportunities.
- Qualifying potential network solutions sales for delivery according to the product catalogue, the technical competencies of the business and the customer's willingness to pay.
- Designing ("scoping") customised networking solutions for small to medium sized businesses (up to $50K in revenue per job).
- Project managing solutions designed through to completion, including coordination of field
- Resources, customers, suppliers and agents for the customer. This will often require working on multiple jobs at the one time.
- Working in a team environment to meet shared targets, high standards, and deliver excellent customer satisfaction. Work will be assigned by the team leader.
- Adherence to agreed processes for the role to ensure performance metrics are accurate and accuracy of information for others in the team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- MIN 2 years experience in a Helpdesk Capacity in a corporate environment.
- CCNA highly desirable
- Experience working with Cisco (Routers and Switches)
- Preferrably 2 years of pre sales or sales engineering experience and have written successful client facing proposals. You will have worked in a business-to-business, large strategic customer segment or have a record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales role. Level 2 Technical/Engineer skills.
- An understanding and experience of server and network topology.
- Good typing skills for the development of sales proposals.
- Strong organisational, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate various parties involved in developing sales proposals.
- A high level of telephony, communication, active listening and customer-care skills.
- Ability to communicate on a technical level with the service delivery team and interpret to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to draft clear and concise proposals with accurate and concise technical specifications and pricing.
