Level 2 Retail Banking Application Support Engineer - 6 months contract - Budapest - Hungary

The Client:-

Our client, a Global Consultancy (FTSE 500) currently requires a Level 2 Retail Banking Application Support Engineer for a 6 month contract in Budapest - Hungary

Role:-

Incident & Problem Management:-
L2 Application Support consisting of fixing and resolution of user queries, incidents and service requests
Track to permanent resolution by finding the RCA or escalating to L3 support for finding the RCS and permanent resolution

Deployment and Knowledge Management:-
Deployment into UAT and production environments as per planned changes
Create knowledge articles and support documentation in the form of key operating procedures and so on

Candidate:-

Application Production Level 2 support in Banking and Financial Services - ideally in Retail banking sector
Customer focus
Must speak Hungarian and English

Nice to have:

UNIX/SQL experience
ITIL certified

Rates: €200 - €250 per day
