Projektbeschreibung
To fill a missing pair of hands in their existing team. This is a hands on role for a proven self-starter who is capable of hitting the ground running.
They need someone who is used to client support and is confident in the following areas:
Cisco technologies - 3850 and 4500X product set, ASA Firewalls, OSPF routing, VLAN, Layer 2/3
Microsoft TMG or Zscalar technologies
Aerohive WIFI advantageous
The client needs someone capable of managing tasks to completion including adherence to change processes.
Can follow procedures, support environment/clients they have.
Must have relevant experience of working in support environment (ticket queue management, troubleshooting of faults etc.)
ITIL - service framework knowledge helpful (doesn't have to be certified but able to demonstrate their understanding)
