Level 2/Level 3 Support - This is a great work environment with over 80,000 users across NSW. This is a complex IT environment that is constantly making improvements to the network. You will be providing BAU and project assistance when needed.
Level 2/Level 3 Support - This is mainly a Level 2 Support role with some exposure to Level 3 support. We are looking for an individual with experience providing client/customer support in a large user environment within the government sector.
Level 2/Level 3 Support - To apply for this role, you will need the following experience:
Great communication skills
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Level 2and Level 3 Support experience
Commercial experience with Citrix or VMware
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN GOVERNMENT
Experience supporting Windows Servers and Exchange
Experience supporting Linux is a huge plus but not required
Experience working in IT support for a government agency
Exposure to Lync and other Unified Communication Systems is a plus
ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL environment
