Level 2 Application Support Analyst

For one of our cluens in the Pharma industry we are looking for:

LEVEL 2 APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST

- Start date: 23.10.2017
- End date: 31.12.2017

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implementation and validation of systems and IT processes in the manufacturing area
- 2nd Level Support
- Support of projects
- Once onboard on call support
- Close collaboration with internal and external partners like Business, Informatics, Engineering and Suppliers

REQUIREMENTS:

- +5 years of experience in the relevant area (similar tasks and activities, eg 2nd level support for applications, IT project support, ideally in the manufacturing area)
- 1-2 years of experience with Application Management
- Degree in Informatics or Engineering

Experience in specifying, configuring, testing and documenting of systems and applications
Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and have a high service orientation
Good technical understanding with good networked thinking
Good communication skills
German speaking
SQL/Oracle knowledge

NICE TO HAVE:
+++ Experience in Track and Trace or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
+++ Experience in Pharma production or IT environment (GxP, CSV)
+++ English speaking
++ Project Experience
