LEVEL 2 APPLICATION OPERATIONS ANALYST- SPANISH SPEAKING, AEROSPACE.
(CONTRACT- PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE).
TYPE: Contract. 24x7. Rotational basis
LANGUAGES: English (Conversational) and Spanish (fluent).
The ideal candidate must-Have:
-
3-7years' experience.
- English and Spanish spoken and written. Documentation and communication with the clients could be in Spanish and English
- Experience of working in crisis conditions.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Respond to incidents from all airports including the sales offices
- Management of delays to flights. (OBI.P2.3)
- Report incidents to third party companies. (OBI.P2.4)
- Management of user passwords for access to applications. (OBI.P2.5)
- Self Service Kiosk Monitoring. (OBI.P2.6)
- Monitoring all services and connections to the different applications Monitoring and management of the applications eg
- Review the status of tickets on a daily basis
- Proactively review job queues
- Microsoft tasks
- Include Users in Domain Groups.
- Create mailboxes for users and groups.
- Create and modify domain groups.
- Create and modify folders on Servers (NAS).
- Create and edit distribution lists.
- Modify folder permissions and permissions groups.
- Restore backup files.
- Create contacts in address books.
- Balance clusters
- Control-M tasks
- Restart Jobs.
- Hold Jobs.
- Free Jobs.
- Confirm Jobs.
- Reruns.
- Set to OK.
- Run Now
- Monitoring to ensure complete service availability, on each shift
- Provide support (additional information) to the first level support team
