Projektbeschreibung
I'm currently working with a leading Financial Services Company based in Dublin City who is recruiting for a Level 1 Production Support person for their Financial Reporting and Regulatory applications. This is a contract role paying a top daily rate.
1. Resolve daily support issues
2. Interact with end users and other departments to ensure proper trade flow
3. Work with users, vendors and developers to reproduce reoccurring issues and define new projects to extend and enhance the applications
4. Help create acceptance criteria
5. Organize UAT testing with the business community
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelors degree
2. Financial Reporting or Regulatory (FORMPF, AIFMD) knowledge preferred.
3. Experience with UAT and Production releases a must
4. Application Support experience
TECHNOLOGIES USED:
Knowledge of below technologies required
1. SQL
2. MSSQL
3. Oracle
4. Unix
