Level 1 Support - Cisco

Projektbeschreibung

We have 5 openings for Level 1 support individuals to work on our client site in Wilkesboro. Selected individuals will answer phones, trouble shoot and provide customer service support for field installation teams, stores.... associated with equipment installations. Primary equipment includes but is not limited to PC, LRT, Printers and POS.

2 Positions are daytime support. Work hours for one resource would be 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday. The other would be 9am-6pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Must be open to considering either time.

3 people needed for hours early morning (4:30am) to early afternoon (1:30pm), Monday-Friday.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Cisco experience
- Help desk experience
