Level 1 Mac Windows Support

LEVEL 1 MAC WINDOWS SUPPORT

3 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT - IMMEDIATE START

OUR CLIENT IS A WELL KNOWN ORGANISATION BASED IN MELBOURNE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC, SWITCHED ON HELPDESK/HELP DESK ANALYST TO JOIN THEIR BUSY TEAM.

THIS IS AN INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT ENGAGEMENT WITH EXTENSION OPTIONS FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.

NO SPONSORSHIP IS AVAILABLE AND YOU MUST BE IN MELBOURNE CURRENTLY

To be successful in this role you will have solid understanding of IT as well as basic level one support of both Windows and Mac OSX environments which will include imaging, password resets, device troubleshooting, and looking at some network troubleshooting.

Kind of experience required:

- MacOSX and Wdws experience
- Imaging
- Desktop/iPad/Mobile and Remote support experience
- Experience in Windows environment - Active Directory/Exchange experience.
- Excellent call logging/documentation skills
- Exceptional communications skills - written and verbal (this is also a priority for the role)

You must have exceptional Customer Service and communication skills, be enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn new technologies

Solid Australian Helpdesk experience at the 1st or 2nd level in a large user base environment, coupled with excellent communication skills are the main requirement.
