Level 1/Level 2 Support - Great opportunity with an established government organisation. This is a fantastic chance to work in a team oriented environment where your hard work will be noticed and rewarded.

Level 1/Level 2 Support - This is a great work environment with a high call volume. They are looking for individuals with experience working in user support environment of 1000+

Level 1/Level 2 Support - This is mainly a Level 1 Support role with some exposure to Level 2 support. We are looking for an individual with experience providing client/customer support in a large user environment (preferably in government)

Level 1/Level 2 Support - To apply for this role, you will need the following experience:

Experience working in government
Level 1 and Level 2 Support experience
Great communication skills
Good energy over the phone
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Commercial experience with Citrix or VMware
Experience working in IT support for a government agency
Technical background in Networking, Patching, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows
ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL environment is a plus
