Level 1 IT Support Technician 40% (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Provide IMAC services (install, move, add, change) on end users ICT equipments (computers/tablets, mobile phones, smart phones, internet key, printers) and software (Windows O.S, MS Office, personal productivity tools, business applications)
-When necessary, escalate incidents and service requests (including virus/spyware removal) to 2nd level support provided by Infrastructure Specialists/ICT Qs and/or 3rd parties following up until closure, following guidelines provided by customer's Helpdesk Coordinator
-Maintain an accurate and updated inventory of end users hardware and software, following guidelines provided by customer's Helpdesk Coordinator
-Build knowledge draft base documentation relating to IT services

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Fluency in German mandatory
-Good English skills (communication level)
