LES Project Manager - NHS/GP

My NHS Healthcare client has an urgent requirement for a Senior LES Project Manager to be responsible for a key change programme.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To review the CCGs current Local Enhanced Services offering across K&C and QPP of Westminster, recommending new LES arrangements based on the following principles:
- Register and manage GP interests including conflicts of interest in LESs
- Review current LESs in line with the commissioning strategy plan, Out of Hospital Strategy and joint strategic needs assessment
- Ensure LESs meet the needs of patient and population health needs, as well as deliver value for money, high quality services.
- Monitor the effective delivery and implementation of LES
- Develop new Local Enhanced Services as appropriate and evaluate uptake and achievement.
- Develop practical and simple processes for implementation.
- To manage relationships and engagement with General Practices, CLS, the LMC, Primary Care Contracting, the NCB to ensure effective delivery and buy in.
- To manage risks to the CCG in adopting the recommended solution, including financial, operational and reputational.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience working with GP PRACTICES
- Primary Care Trust Experience
- Experience in following a defined project life cycle and strict governance

LOCATION: London (West London)
RATE: £ 450 p/day
DURATION: 6 months (initially)
START: ASAP (within 2 weeks)
