Working within the programme team and directly with the clinical service leads you will be working to release capacity in the system, as well as actively improve discharge planning.
The selected interim with have a minimum of 2 years' experience and a proven track record of delivering significant reductions. You will be an assertive, articulate leader who is able to challenge the norm and lead from the front. Credibility with clinicians is key to the success of this role. Ideally available immediately.
