Our client is a tier one investment bank recruiting for LENDING DOCUMENTATION MANAGER who will be responsible for the lending documentation to support client's lending requirements (primarily facility letters, bilateral loan agreements).
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE FINANCIAL MARKETS (INVESTMENT BANKING OR ASSET/WEALTH MANAGEMENT) EXPERIENCE AND CAN EXPECT THE FOLLOWING:
- Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of operations and policies
- Ensure compliance with bank, and departmental policies/procedures
- Think/act independently, being mindful of always providing pragmatic and commercial advice
- Be alert to external legal, political and regulatory considerations and implications
