The purpose of the role:
- undertake remediation exercise in respect of documentation the bank currently holds
- updating the bank's systems with copies of existing documentation
- lodging physical items of documentation/security at the bank's Security Processing Centre
- monitoring and working a 'Workflow System' in relation to documentation requirements
- checking items of documentation drafted by an offshore team and then liaising with the Relationship Managers to issue to the client
- assisting with establishing the various new processes and procedures involved with this new role
