Lending Documentation Assistant

The Lending Documentation team provides support to the various sectors within Global Banking through the drafting/preparation of facility letters and loan agreements following the credit approval process.

Going forward, the team will be taking on a new process to support the Securities Service business.

This temporary position will cover this new workflow. Main duties will include:

- Undertaking a remediation exercise in respect of documentation the bank currently holds
- Updating the bank's systems with copies of existing documentation
- Lodging physical items of documentation/security at the bank's Security Processing Centre
- Monitoring and working a 'Workflow System' in relation to the Security Services documentation requirements
- Checking items of documentation drafted by an offshore team and then liaising with the Relationship Managers to issue to the client
- Assisting with establishing the various new processes and procedures involved with this new role
