Finance Manager (m/f)
within in the Rhein-Main-Region.
* Responsilbe for the General Ledger and all subsidiary ledgers in accordance with local and US GAAP as as well for the Balance Sheets
* Inter-Company Balances within the Group
* Statutory requirements as far as VAT, Intrastat
* Reporting
* Internal Control process improvement projects
* Co-ordinate and lead annual & internal audits
* Lead in improvement projects.
* Other duties as required by the Financial Controller.
You have the qualification as a CIMA, ACCA or ACA, and gained first experience in the industry? You are fluent in english and german and good knowledge of US-GAAP and HGB?
