For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
LEGAL VENDOR MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST/PROJECT MANAGER (5295)
In this role, you will drive and implement improvement measures and improvement projects along the front-to-back outside counsel and legal vendor engagement process.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN A SOURCING-ALIGNED FUNCTION IN A LARGE-SCALE ORGANIZATION
- EXPERIENCE WITH CATEGORY MANAGEMENT/SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT IN THE AREA OF LEGAL SERVICES
- Experience in analysing and improving vendor portfolios
- Legal background preferred
- Strong know-how in leading project teams in a Matrix organization and have the required stakeholder skills to do so
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY IN ZURICH
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing all aspects of a project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Manage the staff of a project team directly, or a team as part of a Matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Identify stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels with them
