Legal Executive/Paralegal/Newly Qualified Solicitor

Our telecoms client is urgently seeking a Legal Executive/Paralegal/Newly Qualified Solicitor for an initial 6-month contract based in Reading. The Legal Executive/Paralegal/Newly Qualified Solicitor will have a strong background in commercial leases, assignments and disposals. A good breadth of commercial property experience is required.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Landlord and Tenant legislation across the UK and its practical application is essential, as is a good understanding of the Communications Act 2003 (Code powers) and its practical application.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

-Drafting standard documentation for lease/licence renewals, deeds of variations, surrender & re-grants, licenses to Assign/Under let, Licenses to Occupy, Tenancies at Will etc.
-Dealing with commercial conveyancing transactions
