Legal Entity Financial Controller - London

Our client a global oil and gas organisation is looking for a Legal Entity Finance Controller to join their team for an initial of 6-9 Months duration.

The candidate will be responsible for:

* Ensuring efficent and tightly controlled reporting processes are in place to support the top parent companies of the group.
* Responsible for managing relationships with key contacts in shared business centres and reviewing reporting deliverables.
* Working with group treasury, tax and legal functions to ensure the holding company assets are managed and hedged, and dividends are executed in line with treasury policy.

The candidate must have the following skills:

* ACA Qualified (Or equivalent overseas qualifications)
* Experience working in one of the larger accountancy practices
* Excellent IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) technical accounting expertise.
