Legal Entity Controller, IFRS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Day to day responsibility for the accounting processes for assigned legal entities, including timely and accurate month end, quarter end and year end reporting to Group.
- Preparation of UK Financial Reports and Accounts for designated legal entities under IFRS. Liaise with External Auditors in terms of Year End Audits and filings.
- Prepare corporation tax accruals in conjunction with dedicated Tax team. Prepare VAT returns.
- Financial and Management reporting, including ensuring that appropriate management information is produced and reviewed at appropriate intervals.

THE ROLE:

This is a temporary role within the legal entity control function in the London office. Working within a team of 12. Role will involve oversight or work for offshore staff as well. Candidate will be working on the brokerage side of business.
