Legal Director required to provide legal support relating to all matters of property, commercial contracts and regulation for Telecoms company based in Berkshire.
A good understanding of property and commercial law in relation to landlord and tenant agreements is essential for this role. You will be required to lead a team of specialist property lawyers and commercial lawyers.
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with a strong background in property and commercial law with an excellent knowledge of property, landlord and tenant and English contract law and tort. Good experience in contract and property agreements for multi site acquisitions for network roll-out as well as property aspects of telecommunications.
