Legal Counsel - in-House - IT Services

A PARALEGAL WITH 3 YEARS PQE IS REQUIRED TO JOIN AN IN-HOUSE LEGAL TEAM, PROVIDING COMMERCIAL COUNSEL TO THE BUSINESS.

Must have ability to deal with a high volume of supplier contracts in a timely manner.

You will gain the confidence of the business and work closely with functional departments and business groups, providing timely legal advice and effectively mitigating legal risk.

Essential

- Legally qualified with a degree to practice in the UK.
- Minimum of 2-3 years post qualified experience.

Candidate profile:

- In-house legal counsel experience
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to find practical legal solutions to business challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Keen attention to detail/presentation.
