A publishing house in the city of London need to hire a Legal Counsel with expertise in contract law to provide advice, guidance and support on all legal contract related issues to the business. Within the role you will draft and negotiate all aspects of commercial contracts and agreements with third parties.
This role is autonomous and a stand alone position reporting into the CIO.
It is important that you are commercially aware and can quickly identify business risk.
Our client is looking to recruit a qualified lawyer with strong negotiation skills and working knowledge of aspects of commercial contracting ideally within media or publishing, intellectual property licensing and contract law.
The ideal person will be a self starter, confident and have excellent communication.
