Role Requirements
- UK Qualified Solicitor/Barrister
- Ideally at least 5 years qualified
- Experience working in house an advantage
- Ideally the candidate will have been trained and have experience working at a London or significant UK national law firm
- Background in general commercial contracts, some M&A, basic understanding of Intellectual Property
- Candidate need to have strong interpersonal skills,be able to work with minimum supervision
- Full time or 4 days a week considered
