Legal Counsel - Contract - Immediate Start

I have just been engaged by a world leading eCommerce organisation who are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel contractor to join for a 6 month period, though there may be an extension at the end.

You should have strong experience within the commercial sector drafting and negotiating contacts as well as knowledge and appreciation or payments and financial services legal issues. Additionally it is key that you have had exposure to eBusiness projects and understand Internet technology and its role in modern society.

It is imperative that you can communicate effectively within a culturally diverse and fast moving environment, pro-activeness is key as well as the ability to quickly form strong professional relationships.

Key skills:

-French (business fluency)
-At least 3 years post qualification experience (in house or private)
-Masters degree or equivalent
