An elite investment bank is seeking JD with experience in Financial Services. The successful candidate will act as Legal Counsel and is required to have strong knowledge and work experience surrounding Dodd Frank and other regulatory requirements. This position will be used for writing policies and procedures as well as rules analyses and interpretation. This will be required for, but not limited to, internal business conduct rules under Swap Dealer Framework, Entity Registration, Risk Management Programs, CCO Framework, and Conflicts Management.

Requirements
- Law Degree
- 10+ years experience in Financial Services
- Background related to Compliance, Regulatory Requirements, Project work, etc
- Ability to liaise with Legal, Operations, Finance and Middle Office
