Legal Contracts Manager (m/w/d)

For one of our clients we are currently looking for a legal consultant to review the existing contracts. Subsequently, the obligations from the contracts have to be transferred to the new IT tool.

This new tool allows active management of contracts, e.g. milestone payments are flagged and no longer overseen. This will allow the team to actively monitor the costs and will help the team to make strategic decisions.

Your tasks include:
+ Review the signed contracts (Review questions are für example: Is this contract still active, Who is the contract owner,...)
+ Create an excel sheet with active projects which will be entered into the new IT tool
+ Review the agreements for financial and non-financial obligations
+ Enter the respective obligations into the new database

+ Legal background required (first state exam or higher preferred or Paralegal)
+ At least five years working experience in similar roles/ responsibilities
+ English and German, both written and spoken is mandatory for this assignment
+ Pharma background is a plus
