IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Independent support and tracking of regional Compliance submissions, setting up network local contact persons, facilitating registration of new users, providing and tracking of basic EGM PROGRES training
-Quarterly completeness checks – meaning double-checking of 25% of the EGM PROGRES submissions for compliance review and/or risk assessment
-Support local implementation in Basel of the relevant elements of the compliance program
-Support risk and compliance activities, i.e. risk assessment, CLC assessment and NP4 control framework
-Support compliance projects and initiatives
-Supporting Legal and Compliance Head in editing/preparing guidelines
-Contribute to the maintenance of the EGM Legal and Compliance SharePoint site
-General administrative support (e.g. travel planning, including visa and logistics, calendar management, organization of meetings /TC/VC, expenses, presentations, correspondence) for Basel based EGM Legal and Compliance team
-Office management, database administration

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Perfect command of the English language is essential; knowledge of at least one other language preferred
-Some industry experience preferred
-Digital native; proficiency in using digital tools
-Analytical in nature, detail focused and at ease with formal thinking
-Systematic, precise and paying attention to detail, very organised with good time management skills
-Proven ability to deal positively when working within tight pressures and demanding clients
