Legal/Compliance Coordinator wanted for one of our clients in the pharma industry located in Basel.
Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor's degree or similar education in a relevant field as well as working experience in a large and complex environment within the pharma industry
- Familiarity with using digital tools together with an analytical and detail focused approach
- Ability to stay focused and deal positively with demanding clients under pressure
- Very organized with good time management skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, another language would be a plus
Your tasks:
- Supporting and tracking of regional compliance submissions (currently in EGM PROGRES), setting up network EGM PROGRES local contact persons and facilitating registration of new users
- Supporting local implementation of the relevant elements of the compliance program as well as risk and compliance activities like Risk -and CLC assessment
- Liaising with project owners on current status of their submissions to ensure that timelines are held based on weekly PROGRES reports
- Supervising of E-learning completions as well as general administrative support for EGM legal and compliance team including travel planning, calendar management and organization of meetings
- Achieving contracts within the relevant contract -and IGM guidelines
