Legal Assistant

A rapidly growing Consultancy firm in London are looking for an enthusiastic legal assistant to join their dynamic team. The legal assistant will take over some of the administrative duties from the senior account manager in charge of overseas accounts.

Responsibilities for the Legal Assistant:

- Filing company documents and keeping client company files in good order;
- Sending out invoices to clients;
- Preparing covering letters and sending out couriers/mail;
- Organising legalised copies of company documents;
- Assisting in completing bank account opening forms for client companies;
- Preparing and sending out simple and standard corporate documents such as board of directors' and shareholders' meeting minutes;
- Updating directors and shareholders registers of client companies

Skills needed for the Legal Assistant

- Legal background. eg experience as a paralegal, tax advisor, legal assistant etc.
- Experience working with asset management
- Proficient Microsoft skills, particularly Outlook
- Ideally can speak Mandarin or Russian (any European languages would be an aid)
- Exceptional communication skills
