Legal and Compliance Project Manager - English Speaking Contract in Zu

PROJECT: 

For the Vertical Stream of the Legal Entity Program for Switzerland the General Counsel division is seeking for Project Lead with strong project management skills and a very good understanding of the set-up of a Legal and Compliance department.

SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES:
Definition of target state of GC as a result of LE CH

- Definition of target state along key dimensions, eg organizational structure, process landscapes, internal services & products, IT landscape, contracts, infrastructure
- Syndication of target state with all key stakeholders
- Analysis of key impediments/issues for journey towards GC target state
- Sound project management of deliverables and milestones
- Good communication towards stakeholders

ROLE DESCRIPTION/DELIVERABLES:

- Project Management for GC Division
- Analysis of Impact of LE CH Program to GC Division in Switzerland
- Proposal and definition of Target Operating Model for GC Division in Switzerland
- Concrete action plan and preparation of implementation together with GC affected GC departments
- Communication and briefing with key stakeholders

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

- Proven experience as Project Manager in similar exercises (key)
- Strong understanding of structure of a LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE organization (key)
- Concrete experience in developing and advising on TARGET OPERATING MODELS (key)
- Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
- Ability to work independently
- Very good English, German is an advantage
- Professional experience: 8 + years
