Legal Advisor EMEA (Paralegal) - £40,000 - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under the direction of Regional and Corporate Counsel, the Legal Advisor will be required to do the following:

- Draft, review and negotiate the following types of agreements in English, French and Spanish for entities in the EMEA region (including, but not limited to, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Nordic countries):
- Software licence and maintenance agreements,
- Distribution agreements,
- Non-disclosure agreements,
- Novation agreements,
- Professional services agreements,
- Statement of works,
- Staff augmentation agreements,
- Marketing agreements and any types of addendum
- Understand the commercial requests of sales managers targeting clients from diverse industries, identify and assess legal risks for each non-standard contract and advise on the same
- Assist Regional Counsel and Corporate Counsel as a liaison with regards to litigation issues in EMEA (specifically France and Spain)
- Assist Regional Counsel and Corporate Counsel with annual filings and reporting's for various entities in EMEA;
- Other duties as may be needed or required by Corporate Counsel and Regional Counsel.
- MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH
