Legal Advisor

I am currently looking for a LEGAL ADVISOR to work on a 6 month extendable contract for a market leading telecommunications client of mine in South Africa.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN SOUTH AFRICA OR VALID WORK AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN SOUTH AFRICA.

JOB REQUIREMENTS - - Drafting all Legal contracts
- Vetting of contracts
- Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- Product Supply Agreements
- Software License Agreement
- IT Agreements.
- Non Disclosure Agreements
- Consumer Product Supply Agreements
- HR Outsourcing Agreements
- Turnkey Agreements
- Drafting of all legal documents
- Negotiating with Service Providers on behalf of my client
- Legal Advisory Services to customers
- Megers and acqusitions
- Reviewing Price Books and negotiating same
- Preparing Country Contracts for Operations in Africa
- Legal Advisory Services and other stake holders
- Alerting management to deviations from agreed standards
- Attending fortnightly department meetings to update on current issue affecting the telecoms industry.
- Formulating legal Risk mitigation strategies
- Management of all procurement, tender and contract-related functions.
- Manage effective relationships with suppliers and with other internal business segments
- International Travel during contract negotiations
