Leasing Manager (Norwegian or Swedish Speaker)

My client is seeking leasing responsible for 100% commitment.
We seek a person who will be leasing charge against one of our clients

Responsibilities:
Establish and implement methodology and structure to manage the client's contract with the leasing company
Ongoing management of the leasing arrangement (about 8500 users)
Be a company point of contact for users
Being the company's point of contact with PC vendor
Responsible for input in the purchase and regular replacement of utstyrr

Qualifications:
Certainly college or equivalent
Lack of formal education can be compensated with special relevant experience
At least 3-5 years' experience in administration and supervision
Must be fluent Norwegian and good English
Must be able Office, especially Word and Excel
Must be familiar with several MS Products, like SCCM and Windows 7
Preferably worked with similar

Fluent Norwegian - written/oral
