We are seeking a part time Leasehold Services Officer to join our diverse team on a 1 year fixed term contract who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a property portfolio made up of shared ownership and leasehold properties, assisting customers in a proactive way so that they can make the most of the services we provide. This will include marketing leasehold services, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, involving residents in service delivery, maximising income and managing neighbourhoods.

To succeed in this role we are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong communication skills gained working with a diverse customer base. Experience within a similar property management role will be a distinct advantage.

A full driving licence is required as you will be required to travel throughout the region as part of your role.

This role is part time, working 18.5 hours per week.
