Main duties of the role
- manage the workings and processing of RTA/RTB and shared ownership applications.
- To be responsible for the effective and prompt resolution of Service Charge queries
- Section 20 Consultations.
- To promote resales and to manage complex financial data
You will be expected to hit the ground running with minimal training and supervision. The ideal candidate will be flexible and will be required to work from different office locations in East London and Essex.
