LEASE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT MANAGER - CHELTENHAM

Our client, based in Cheltenham is currently looking for a Lease Administration Assistant Manager to start ASAP until October 2015 to act as the day to day point of contact with Front Office in relation to lease administration matters and to control the day to day administration of agreements on the system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Preparing schedules
- Running query reports,
- Manipulating data
- Processing data (transactional data)
- Research of the data and reconciliations.
- Responsibility for monitoring, reporting and amending deals which will involve the following:
- Understanding and update of transactions on ALFA
- Issuing notices to the other parties
- Raising payments to the other parties
- Customer communication either via the telephone or email.

Skills and Experience required:

- Leasing experience would be advantageous
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of accounting and good excel (V Lookups and Pivot tables)
- Data input/leasing background would be ideal
- Customer contact
- Basic knowledge of accounting and strong excel knowledge
