Learning Talent Programme/Project Manager - Banking

My client is a leading bank currently in the market for a strong programme lead to work on the delivery of the framework required to drive organisational capability in the bank, whilst also taking responsibility for the design, development and implementation of specific supportive key deliverables. You will drive the organisational capability programme deliverables for the areas of learning, leadership development, talent and performance. You will Report to the necessary governance forums as required. Work with key stakeholders to develop the strategic blueprint for developing organisational capability. Along side these task you will also support work stream leads in the implementation of business objectives
