LEARNING SYSTEMS SPECIALIST (PDQ) - 100%, BASEL - PHARMACOVIGILANCE

Experis IT Switzerland, a leading Swiss IT company is currently on the search for a Learning Systems Specialist to join one of their clients, a global and well renowned pharmaceutical company based in Basel.
For this temporary assignment we are in search of an English speaking candidate with previous experience within a pharmaceutical/GxP environment and who is available immediately.
PROJECT BACKGROUND:
Provide global training service and operational systems together for all Pharma Development Quality (PDQ) supported business functions (eg gRED, pRED, PD, GPS and affiliates) for all relevant Clinical & Pharmacovigilance regulatory compliance training.
PERFORMING IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the execution of the training operations plan and strategy
- Support the test, upload, deploy training programs required as part of the Quality Management System
- Act as the Learning System Specialist responsible for the end to end process
- Work closely with the Standard Operating System (SOP) and Learning Solutions group in PDQS to ensure timely planning and execution of the training roll-out plan for procedural documents
- Preform quality checks on all trainings assignments, training deployment etc.
- Ensure that the business partner expectations for training operations and deployment are met
YOU BRING FOR THIS ROLE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in Science related subject or other related field
- 3 to 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably development and working in a GxP regulated area
- Broad understating of global expectations of Health Authorities in the area of Pharma Development
- Experience in preparation and administration of GxP training programs
- Training and development experience incl. oversight and administration of validated electronic training management systems
- Knowledge of GCP, pharmacovigilance/drug safety and regulatory requirements as well as analytical, organizational and planning skills
- Some knowledge of all services and activities provided by PDQ, Change Management expertise
- Fluency in written and spoken English
