My client a leading Global Banking based in Canary Wharf are currently seeking a Learning Specialist- Leadership, c.60k plus excellent benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity directly supporting a Group Head of Leadership in a small and collaborative specialist team focussed on the construction and implementation of Global business wide Leadership Development proposition.

Working in collaboration with a variety of senior stakeholders across the business, wider HR and specialist teams you will ensure the efficient design and delivery of leading learning/leadership solutions.

As a trusted advisor in this high profile role key deliverables will include:

* Supporting and directing the development and management of a global Leadership curriculum
* Ensuring Learning solutions are in line with business requirements, Talent and Organisational Development.
* Key contribution to wider Group Learning agenda continually bringing innovation, and robust development strategies
* Project management and delivering to set objectives
* Stakeholder management
* You will own and drive a portfolio of high profile projects however will also work together with your colleagues to contribute toward big specialist programmes.

* A wealth of L&D experience - with some specific experience in the design and implementation of Leadership initiatives.
* Exceptional internal an external SENIOR STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS
* Significant experience operating in a COMPLEX, LARGE, GLOBAL ORGANISATION, financial services exposure a distinct advantage.
* Strong project management skills
* Commercial and business focussed approach

Due to the make up of this team the role could suit a very accomplished professional at the more senior end or alternatively a professional who has touched on most of the above criteria and seeks some development into the full remit.
