LEARNING SPECIALIST - CONTENT DESIGN/TRAINER - INSURANCE

Learning Specialist is required to design and develop a re-usable training curriculum for bespoke applications for a leading Lloyds Market Insurance client.

The Learning Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing a re-usable training curriculum for bespoke applications, as well as delivering the training

KEY SKILLS:- Proven Track record designing and developing highly articulate user-focused blended training curriculum within the Insurance industry

Proven track record delivering training to a variety of users on bespoke IT applications, particularly within the Insurance industry

Proven experience in delivering learning solutions in support of transformation projects and ideally will be trained and practice recognised Learning methodologies.

You must have demonstrable experience with Instructional Design, Content Management & training delivery

Ideally you will have experience with a variety of E-learning tools (eg. Camtasia, Articulate, Lectora)

Track record using materials such as E-learning, classroom content, distance learning materials and step-by-step documentation
